Researcher

We’re looking for a Web3 Researcher to join our team and help us stay ahead of the curve. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of the ecosystem: tracking emerging protocols, standards, and technologies, while laying the groundwork for new ideas and improvements we bring to our partners.

As a researcher, you'll act as a strategic starting point for most projects. You’ll work cross-functionally with Team Leads, Partner Leads and Architects to design new solutions, uncover opportunities, and ensure the team builds with clarity and context.

• Solid understanding of Web3 fundamentals, including smart contract architectures, DeFi, privacy solutions, and L2 ecosystems.

• Experience using block explorers and (preferably) an understanding of how to interpret and analyse data.

• Experience reading and analyzing whitepapers, technical specs, and smart contracts.

• Ability to synthesize complex technical ideas into actionable insights.

• A curious, self-directed mindset, someone who enjoys digging deep and asking: “Why this, and why now?”

• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal), especially for creating clear research deliverables.

• Bonus: Experience with Solidity, formal verification, or previous contributions to Web3 protocols.
